Jorge Velez: NUMB

Numb

Now I decided...

They can say what they want
Or just do as they feel,
And I'll still be in a hole
Just letting time heal...

They say she was crazy, just because she took pills
But who are they to judge... noone knows how it feels...

And I... I saw the light around her...
She had blue skies on her mind,
Just as blue as the eyes that peered the horizons
Just as dark as the shadow she carried inside
Just as painful as the hug i never gave her...

Now she's different... she's indifferent.
And I feel numb.
